Earn an $4,000* hiring incentive.  Eligible positions include full-time lead teachers, assistant teachers and family educators – home visitors. Limited time offer. Incentive paid out in 4 installments of $1,000 every 90 days. 


Earn a $2,000* hiring incentive. Eligible positions include Foster Care Case Manager, Foster Care Certification Specialist, Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Clinician and Mental Health Therapist. $2,000 sign-on incentive (full-time position) is paid out in 2 installments. $1,000 after the first 90 days of employment and $1,000 after the next 90 days of employment. $1,000 sign-on incentive (part-time position) is paid out in 2 installments. $500 after first 90 days and $500 after next 90 days.
