Courtney Bailey
Foster Care Case Manager
Courtney Bailey is a Foster Care Case Manager with a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science. Since joining Sunbeam in May 2023, she has been dedicated to supporting children and families, having started her career in child welfare in September 2022. Coming from a blended family herself, Courtney has a deep appreciation for working with diverse families and helping them thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, cheering on the Thunder and OSU football, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts.
Dawn Olson
Foster Care Case Worker
Dawn holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and ethics and began her career in the medical field with an associate’s degree in Applied Science Paramedic. Coming from a blended family, she has a deep passion for helping children and supporting families through difficult times. Dawn is a proud parent of two children and a grandparent to three beautiful granddaughters. Her love for travel is best enjoyed on her Harley Davidson Street Glide. As a longtime member of Bikers Against Child Abuse, a non-profit organization, Dawn is dedicated to empowering children to live without fear.
Cheri Allison
Foster Care Certification Specialist
Cheri Allison is the Foster Care Certification Specialist. She joined Sunbeam in January of 2025. Cheri has experience working with diverse families throughout her career with Oklahoma Human Services and Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Cheri earned her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1994. Cheri has 3 children, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She enjoys spending time with her family and home decorating.
