How to Enroll

Thank you for your interest in trusting us with your child’s care and early education through Sunbeam’s Early Head Start and Head Start services. This program is open to eligible families.

Here’s who can apply:

  • Children who qualify for DHS subsidy
  • Children from families who receive public assistance, such as TANF, SSI, SNAP
  • Children with disabilities
  • Children who meet IDEDA with an IFSP or IEP
  • Children in foster care, regardless of income
  • Children in Out of Home Placement – Foster Care or Safe Plan
  • Children from families with incomes below the poverty guidelines
  • Grandparents with legal custody
  • Children / families are unhoused
  • Pregnant women
  • Families with housing and utility bills that exceed 30% or more of their income
