Located in Southeast Oklahoma City, the Metro Tech Early Education Center opened in 2023. Here, young children and their families receive high-quality Early Head Start and Head Start programs—plus wraparound support designed to help the whole family thrive.
Through a unique partnership with Sunbeam, Metro Tech supports career-training students and working families, helping meet Oklahoma City’s growing workforce needs while ensuring children get the strongest start.

It was apparent from our initial survey results that Southeast Oklahoma City was lacking affordable childcare. Thanks to our partnership with Sunbeam and community support for our 2019 bond initiative, we can address this need in Southeast Oklahoma City.”
