Sara Linhardt, Foster Care Certification Specialist
Sara Linhardt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and has been dedicated to fostering since 2019, having provided care and support to nine children ranging in age from newborn to 15 years old. She joined Sunbeam in June 2023 as a Foster Care Certification Specialist, where she enjoys working alongside families who share her passion for making a difference in the lives of children. Outside of work, Sara loves spending quality time with her husband, kids, and dogs, as well as reading and engaging in meaningful conversations about foster care. Her commitment to helping others and creating a nurturing environment for every child is at the heart of all she does.
Courtney Bailey, Foster Care Case Manager
Courtney Bailey is a Foster Care Case Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science. Since joining Sunbeam in May 2023, she has been dedicated to supporting children and families, having started her career in child welfare in September 2022. Coming from a blended family herself, Courtney has a deep appreciation for working with diverse families and helping them thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, cheering on the Thunder and OSU football, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts
