Courtney Bailey, Foster Care Case Manager

Courtney Bailey is a Foster Care Case Manager with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Science. Since joining Sunbeam in May 2023, she has been dedicated to supporting children and families, having started her career in child welfare in September 2022. Coming from a blended family herself, Courtney has a deep appreciation for working with diverse families and helping them thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, cheering on the Thunder and OSU football, and expressing her creativity through arts and crafts
