Sign up here by September 19, 2021 for Powerful Tools for Caregivers. Each class builds on the previous week’s information:
- Class 1: September 20, 2021 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
- Class 2: September 27, 2021 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
- Class 3: October 4, 2021 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
- Class 4: October 11, 2021 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
- Class 5: October 18, 2021 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
- Class 6: October 25, 2021 from 11 AM – 1:30 PM
Weekly classes are held online and in person by two experienced leaders. Once you register, you will receive the links for the online sessions. In-person sessions are held at Sunbeam. Sunbeam is ADA compliant and masks are required.

While there is not cost to attend, there is a suggested donation of $25 to help cover the cost of the book.

What is Powerful Tools for Caregivers?
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based educational series designed to provide family caregivers like you with the tools you need to take care of yourself while also being an supportive caregiver. Interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming will help you take the tools you choose and put them into action for your life.
You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend or someone who lives at home or in a long-term facility
