Comprehensive Transitional Services program is designed to help young adults, who are or have been in foster care, make a successful transition to adulthood. Comprehensive Transitional Services Youth are taught skills to help them be self-sufficient, healthy, productive an
d responsible adults.
Whether completing high school, college, obtaining and maintaining a job, or other personal goals, Sunbeam provides the tools to help these young adults succeed. We provide assessments, case management, service planning and educational assistance.
